How do I get 1HomeREBATE to help me?

How does 1HomeREBATE make money helping me with my transaction?

1HomeREBATE offers its member agents leads to buyers and sellers who are ready to purchase or sell their homes. In consideration of this service, 1HomeREBATE receives a percentage of the commission due the agent and rebates a portion of that percentage back to you! The agent benefits by gaining referrals to buyers and sellers who have been pre-approved and educated regarding the buying and selling process, which makes the agent's job easier!

I already have an agent but would still like to receive a rebate...is this possible?

If you already know a real estate agent who you would like to work with, just let us know when you sign up. Your agent can become a 1HomeREBATE member agent by applying online. If you would like us to contact the agent, just let us know. Once approved, your agent will also receive all of the benefits associated with being a 1HomeREBATE Member Agent.
